Dear guests,

We want you to feel comfortable in our holiday apartment. That’s why we have furnished it with great care and attention. We also live in the house ourselves and have therefore set a few rules, which we hope you’ll understand.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are also not permitted. Parties or events are likewise not allowed.

The accommodation is designed for four people in total: adults and children combined—infants are excluded. Please enquire separately in advance; we can then provide a travel cot and a high chair.

The earliest check-in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival. Before that, the digital door lock is not activated. Check-out on the day of departure is by 11:00 at the latest. Please observe both times, as we need the time for a thorough cleaning of the apartment.

Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. This helps us keep the place in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If you have any questions, need help, or are missing something, please feel free to contact us.

Please handle the appliances and the kitchen equipment with care.

If something breaks, please let us know. In the case of major damage, the tenant is liable up to the replacement value.

When leaving the house, please ensure that the front door is closed. Please also close the windows to prevent damage in case of severe weather.

Please do not share the front door code with third parties.

Please use water, electricity, and heating sparingly. To prevent mould, we ask you to ventilate the rooms regularly, especially after showering.

In our region, waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper, organic waste, and packaging marked with the “Green Dot”. Bins for residual waste and paper are available at the house. Plastic waste is disposed of via the “yellow bag”, which is also provided in the apartment. Organic waste and empty glass jars/bottles can be taken to containers at the edge of the village.

Please avoid anything that could cause blockages in the pipes. For example, do not throw sanitary products into the toilets.

Out of consideration for our neighbours, please observe the general quiet hours (22:00–06:00).

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The login details are provided in the apartment. By using the internet connection, you automatically accept our terms of use (see the information folder in the holiday apartment).

You can park vehicles free of charge in the driveway; this does not create a bailment and we accept no liability. Please let us know before arrival if you are coming with more than one car.

For urgent repairs, it may be unavoidable for us to enter the apartment without your presence. We will, of course, inform you in advance.
