Right by the vineyards, a short walk from the Moselle: our quiet, stylishly furnished holiday apartment gives you the perfect base for a relaxing holiday, active days on the Moselsteig & Moselle Cycle Path – or simply a little time-out in between.
What to expect
On 80 m² you’ll stay comfortably on the ground floor with a private entrance and digital self check-in. Two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds and comfortable mattresses ensure restful sleep; from one bedroom you have direct access to the large, partly covered terrace overlooking the garden.
The spacious eat-in kitchen invites you to cook & linger; afterwards, make yourself comfortable in the cosy living area. A bathroom with its own washing machine plus an additional, separate WC round things off.
In front of the house you can park easily in the private driveway – wallbox for your EV by arrangement, billed by usage – and your bicycles are sheltered & can be locked at the bike rack.

Further information
You can park right in front of the house in a private parking space. There is also a bike rack for up to four bicycles.
There is also a wallbox for an electric car that can be used. The token to activate the wallbox at the garage is located on the coat rack in the apartment. Please let us know in advance and we will inform you of the current electricity price and the billing method. (current price per kWh charged: €0.50; as of August 2025)

Getting around
Mehring is connected to Trier by city bus, but for getting around locally a car or a bicycle is recommended. At the following places you can rent bicycles. Please also double-check the information and opening hours yourself (ideally call ahead):

Neighborhood
Mehring and the neighbourhood
Mehring is a quiet Moselle village near Trier with around 2,000 inhabitants. The village is defined by its idyllic location on the Moselle and by the vineyards with their associated hiking trails in and around Mehring and the surrounding area.
Winegrowing is taken seriously here, with everything that goes with it. Mehring has more than 20 winemakers and many opportunities to sample their offerings.
On foot, you’re practically right in the vineyards or by the Moselle. Especially by bike, day trips to the surrounding villages and explorations of the many hiking and cycling paths are well worth it.
